Theory Of Ecological Optics

The Theory of Ecological Optics attempts to explain the ability of the human mind to sort out the vast amount of information that is taken in by the eye and to pay attention to only a limited amount of that information. This theory makes the assumption that the individual doing the viewing is an active observer and explorer of their environment and surroundings.
