Prednisone

Prednisone is an anti-inflammatory oral medication which is prescribed to treat allergic conditions, skin diseases, arthritis, lupus, ulcerative colitis, breathing conditions, immune system disorders, eye problems, blood disorders, and other related conditions. It is taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Prednisone tablets are round in shape and may be white or peach in color. The side effects include vomiting, nausea, heartburn, loss of appetite, sleeping problems, acne, and increased sweating.
