Phlegmatic

Phlegmatic refers to someone who is not easily excited and/or does not display a lot of emotion. People with phlegmatic personalities are often calm, and even-tempered, and seek cooperation and interpersonal harmony. They always try to respect, acknowledge, and appreciate other people's opinions, beliefs, and feeling, then respond accordingly, which allows them to connect with that person. The Phlegmatic can deal with harsh and aggressive individuals and has no fear of rejection. They are composed, laid-back individuals without emotional outbursts, excessive emotions, rage, bitterness, or unforgiveness.
