Organic Hallucinations

Organic hallucinations are unreal sensory experiences which are caused by the stimulation or irritation of the brain.

For instance, the abuse of alcohol, cocaine, and other substances may lead to hallucinations. Also, patients with epilepsy, brain tumor, and similar conditions may see and/or hear things that are not real.
