Oceanic State

The oceanic state is a condition of perceived freedom of the self which may be accompanied by immense awareness, ecstasy, spiritual connection, or dissociative experience. It is the ambiguous state of going through an oceanic feeling. For instance, an individual in an oceanic state is overwhelmed by his connection with the Creator who is omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent. He is then filled with this inexplicable energy and starts to dance in the Spirit.
