Muttering Delirium

Muttering delirium is characterized by confused thinking, reduced awareness, low unclear utterances, slurring, trembling, and restlessness. For instance, this delirious state is associated with typhoid fever; those with this condition may present with a peculiar preoccupied behavior which includes muttering.
