Group Rape (Gang Rape)

Group rape, also known as gang rape, occurs if two or more perpetrators force sexual coercion from the same victim in the same incident. A person may be prosecuted for gang rape even if they are not often accused of actually raping a victim; instead, this accusation can be brought against them if it is proven that they utilized force or threats to coerce other offenders to commit the activities.
