Glossosynthesis

Glossosynthesis came from the Latin word “glosso” which means “word” or “speech” and the Greek word “sunthesis” which means “putting together”. It is the creation of seemingly nonsensical words which may be intentional or merely due to error.

For instance, the word “drunxting” is a combination of “drunk” and “texting”; it may not be comprehensible for some but others may easily figure it out as texting while drunk. Also, the word “pwned” is by mistake typed instead of “owned” as “p” and “o” are beside each other on the keyboard.
