Experimental Realism

Experimental realism is another name for situations of "augmented reality" (also known as entity realism or instrumental realism) where a place or a setting has been altered or modified to include new and/or experimental services, systems, and devices In these settings subjects are exposed to new technologies and are observed interacting with the new technology to determine how attractive and user-friendly they are. It is also realism to the extent of which the "experimental" reality seems genuine and impactful to the subjects of the experiment.
