Eugenicist

A eugenicist is a scientific researcher who studies the "hows" and "whys" of genetic inheritance with the ultimate goal of improving species, including the human race, by removing undesirable traits, and promoting positive traits through "selective breeding." This is the basic science behind animal breeding. For instance this type of practice creates cattle that produce more meat or milk and sheep that produce more and better quality wool. Unfortunately, this science, in the hands of some governments, has been used as an excuse to decimate "undesirable" populations.
