Erotic Graphomania (Erotographomania)

Erotic graphomania or erotographomania is having the obsessive impulse to write love letters which may be pornographic in nature. As a mental illness, this obsession is often done anonymously. For instance, a patient is currently in distress as he cannot stop writing and has already sent over 5000 love letters for the past three years. There is a dearth of literature concerning this practice and in the current cyber world, this may include exchanging erotic emails.
