Disorganization Syndrome
Disorganization Syndrome has been thought of as one of the major symptoms of schizophrenia which is evidenced by poor consistency regarding contextual information and impaired perceptual organization. For instance, an individual with schizophrenia presents with disorganized speech, inappropriate social responses, and incoherent thoughts. According to neuroimaging studies, one of the probable causes is an anatomical disconnection in the cortical regions.
