Change Bias
Change bias is something that can occur after a person reaches a level of achievement - by remembering the past as more difficult than it actually was. After making an effort to some degree and causing change this bias makes individuals believe their journey and work were actually more difficult that they actually were.
For instance, most of us have heard the joke of parental hyperbole, telling their children that their childhood was so difficult that "That they always had to walk to school in the snow and it was uphill both directions."
