Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS)
The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) is being used to assess 18 to 24 psychiatric symptoms such as self-neglect, hostility, grandiosity, blunted affect, and hallucinations. Clinicians and researchers use this tool to have an overview of the progress of patients with psychotic disorders. The scoring is from zero (not assessed) to seven (extremely severe).
